by Daveda Gruber:

Did you hear that Melania Trump, our First Lady, was missing? Me neither but that didn’t stop ‘Fake News’ from reporting it.

On Wednesday President Trump went full speed ahead and defended his wife whereabouts in the past few days.

The “vicious” media coverage brought on this tweet:

Rolling Stone senior writer Jamil Smith suggested on Twitter that the first lady was absent from the public eye due to domestic violence.

‘Fake News’ went wild with reports suggesting she was “missing in action”. This followed an announcement that she would not join the president at the looming G7 summit in Quebec and that there are “no plans” for her to travel to Singapore for the president’s summit with North Korea’s Kim Jong Un.

A ‘feeding frenzy’ like sharks attacking food after going hungry was in the making.

Journalists wondered why the first lady was out of the public eye.

I guess they forgot about her operation. That was not big enough news.

Reports suggesting she was “missing in action” got out of hand.

Rolling Stone senior writer Jamil Smith suggested on Twitter that the first lady was absent from the public eye due to domestic violence.

The first lady actually attended a White House event honoring Gold Star families on Monday evening.

Videos of the event were quickly posted on social media, showing the first lady wearing a sleeveless black dress while walking into the East Room accompanied by the president.

Melania tweeted:

The first lady underwent a “successful” embolization procedure last month to treat a benign kidney condition. She remained at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for about a week to recover.

An embolization procedure is normally performed to cut off blood supply to a tumor, aneurysm or abnormal growth, typically growing in the kidney or liver, to shrink the foreign mass.

Is our First Lady allowed to recover without the ‘Fake News’ going bonkers?

Keep panicking Democrats. You’ll make up anything to get your ratings up. It won’t help in the end.
