Over the past few weeks, we’ve all watched the Mueller Russia Collusion investigation fall apart. After MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars wasted, there still is NO PROOF of anyone on the Trump 2016 Presidential campaign colluding with the Russians. However, that hasn’t stopped the corrupt Mueller team from continuing with their witch hunt against President Trump.
On the other hand, as time goes on it appears it’s Mueller, and those accusing President Trump of wrongdoing who are the ones in need of investigating. Last Wednesday, May 9th, a hearing was held between Mueller’s team and one of the Russian Companies, Concord Management indicted for interfering in the 2016 US election. Mueller charged Concord Management and its sister company, Concord Catering for defrauding the government. Mueller’s team thought this case was a slam-dunk, but they ended up egg on their faces.
A week ago Friday at a hearing on this same case, Mueller’s team asked for a delay. The judge declined, so the initial hearing was held on Wednesday. Clinton Foundation attorney, Jeannie Rhee represented Mueller’s team. I find it amusing how NO ONE has brought up this clear conflict of interest. Rhee represented Hillary Clinton in the lawsuit about her private emails, and she represented the Clinton Foundation in a civil racketeering case that was later dismissed. Rhee also represented Obama’s deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes during the House Benghazi Committee’s investigation into the 2012 terrorist attack in Libya. Yep, no conflict of interest here at all; move on.
During the May 9th hearing, the judge asked the attorney for Concord Management if he was also representing Concord Catering. The attorney explained he wasn’t because Concord Catering, was not in existence at the time the crimes were alleged to have taken place. WHAT? Oops!
The Judge brings up Concord Catering, saying the gov’t alleges an association with Concord Mgmt.

Apparently, Mueller’s team was thrown off when Concord Management and Consulting showed up to court wanting to fight the Special Counsel’s charges last week.
According to a report in the Daily Caller:
Mueller may now have to try the case, and Concord’s lawyers have put the special counsel on notice. The Russian company’s lawyers intend to invoke “discovery” to obtain U.S. intelligence about what they knew of Russian activities. “I guess Mueller thought it was a freebie, for sure,” former federal prosecutor Andrew C. McCarthy told The Daily Caller News Foundation after the court proceeding.
Fox News reported:
Defense Attorney Eric Dubelier was in court to represent Concord Management and Consulting, one of three companies indicted by Mueller in February. Dubelier entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of “Conspiracy to Defraud the United States of America.”
“The government has indicted the proverbial Ham sandwich,” Dubelier told Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey.
On Wednesday, there were no lawyers in court for the other two companies, nor were any of the Russian individuals present.
During Wednesday’s hearing, Dubelier complained that the special counsel “has access to all of our confidential files,” calling that development “disturbing.”
The Concord Management case is scheduled to resume in early July.
Mueller and his team have taken some big hits recently. The Special Counsel is now forced to try a case he is not prepared to fight. So much for believing they would never show up to fight. Also, his case against Manafort is falling apart, and the guilty confession from Gen. Flynn looks as though it was gotten under false pretenses.
Even the judge handling Mueller’s bank fraud case against Paul Manafort lost his temper last week and accused the Special Counsel’s team of using the case to oust Trump from office. This is something we’ve all been saying since the beginning of the Mueller investigation.
Now, we anxiously await the release of Rosenstein’s memo detailing Mueller’s scope in the investigation. Nunes and Gowdy are a week away from obtaining this potentially damaging memo, and hopefully, it will put an end to this witch hunt against President Trump and those involved in his Presidential campaign.
